Can you, my standing is currently just above -2 with gallente so i can still talk to them, but i would like to get a lvl 4 gallente agent. Ive been doing caldari for a while though.
Whats the best way of doing this?
Sorry if theres a sticky or something that covers this i haven't been able to find anything.

Gallente dislike Caldari so everytime you do Caldari missions your Gallente gets worse.
Gallente likes Minmatar, The Servant Sisters of EVE , Concord, The Interbus, ORE and The Society (in that order) so if you can't get a lvl 1 Q-20 Gallente agent mission take one from this list and it'll (slowly) help boost Gallente.
Use the standings tab about the faction to find out this info in future

I'm very aware of that, the info im looking at is raising standings fast. And keeping a balance so if i decide to change to a corp in gallente space i can mission and keep near then etc.

courier agents will not reduce calderi standing but will raise gallente boring but a good way of getting all factions up without getting -2 with others

Courier missions also tend to go more quickly, so it is easier to do 16 of them and get a storyline. Handy if you're trying to get a boost to the whole faction rather than just to one corp.
As the others have said, your only real choice is to do some missions. Do missions with agents in the faction that will talk to you, or do missions with a faction friendly to them that will talk to you and slowly raise your gall standing with storylines. Or try cosmos agents or somethin'.

Is this really true? wow. So courier will give me faction raises as well as corp raises with no loss?

Courier missions (not agents) will not have you shooting opposing faction navies, thus your standings will not go down.
Since they also tend to go fairly quickly, you can get to storyline missions faster which will increase your faction standing (but lower it with any opposing factions).
Trying to keep in good standing with all factions is very difficult and a lot of effort. As the old saying goes, you can please some people some of the time, but not everybody all of the time.
