Me and several friends who use direct debit to pay for EVE have several problems with it. I myself have an open petition for 20 days now and nothing happens.
On the account "doublewhopper2" i made a direct debit for a 6 month renewal of the account on 16th of february if i remember correctly.
It said then that i paid 20(? EUROS or what) for the new period, which is totally impossible to select, since the lowest fee would be around 14 EUR. For those 20(? EUR or whatever) i got 1 month of subscription.
BUT CCP took the 71,70 EUR from my bank account! And i don't receive my playtime for this!
Also i am not alone, i know from several other people, that their account expired now, but CCP took the money from their bank account. They can't post now, so that is why i now have to make a post here.
Involved in the Direct Debit debacle are the accounts:

and i am sure that there are more.
Can CCP please make an official announcement on this?
I don't like to pay 71,70 EUR and not receive my playtime! What is happening here??

It is a known problem indeed, only thing you can do now is send in a petition. Though the answer is going to be 'we hope it is solved soon'
I hope they solve it before april... as my account will be unpaid by then... --

Tired of waiting I reactivated my account for another month today to be able to play again (otherwise I would hardly be posting). It worked, but I got the "20" again.
Any estimation to when the issue will be resolved would be much appreciated.
I wonder if CCP is going to compensate for the lost play time? |

Exactly the same problem here, no reply to my petition, anyone know of any higher up on the food chain mail address we could use? Considering the severity of the situation you would expect it to be handled a little better.. (paying 71 euro's for 1 month playtime, and nothing you can do about it..)

Something about Direct Debit is broken atm, I guess.
I can't even use it anymore for no reason, just get the "ERROR: User not allowed to Direct debit at this time," message.
Petition open several, uh, weeks, but no resolve yet. This is no flame, they are trying, even gave me some free playtime.
But as I have neither a credit card nor an idea where to get timecodes, I depend on DD.

The first month is 20 euros if you are opening a new account, if it is not the case, there was some error somewhere... You petition will be answered, soonÖ......

This is the cost for 6 month, if you have you account suspended for some time, I hope they give you some free time, it really sucks

I think they already said the recent account system bugs created a horrible mess and it will take time to answer to all the petitions, but they will do it as fast as they can.

It seems like they had trouble with every renewal/creation that took place during the troubles and will have at least one petition for each to work on, this is really not the usual number of billing petitions, I can feel the overload of the poor guys reading those petitions from here... (and I'm really far away...) -- Pocket drone carriers (tm) enthousiast ! Flying Vexor and Ishkur, Myrmidon was too slow, got ganked by 3 BC and a Megathron... |

To update: the problem is solved, direct debit should work now and if you miss time you payed for it will be set right. This has to be done manual though by a GM. --

I also sent a petition and hope that this problem will be solved soon since my account expires in 4 days and I too have little payment methods left I can choose.

Same problem here, paid with direct debit my upgrade from the trail account and wanted to extend the subscription. but the only thing i see is an error page.
