here is one example: --------------------------------------- Agent system update There were a few major issues which popped up after the patch was ported to Tranquility (our live server) with the agent system. We now know pretty much what is causing most of them, and we are working on finishing a patch which fixes them.
The two biggest issues are listed below. Expect more details when the hotfix has been implemented.
- Agent NPC kill mission did not drop the mission loot. This has been fixed already on TQ via a hotfix. This was not occuring on our test servers due to the multi-node setup on Tranquility, since our test servers usually do not have such a setup, or if they do it's much much smaller than on Tranquility, so this was not spotted until the patch went out unfortunately.
- When you complete an agent mission and go back to your agent, the mission isn't completed anymore. This is, just as the NPC loot error, due to the big multi-node setup on Tranquility. This has not yet been fixed but we have pinpointed the problem and are as of now fixing this.
- Those players who encountered the complete mission bug and lost standing due to this will be reimbursed after the patch which fixes the problem. So if you lost some standing due to this situation, you will recieve it back soon enough. Please refrain from petitioning about this issue, as we are going to deal with this on a global scale, and not case-by-case through petitions. ---------------------------------------------

We just implemented a server side fix to a few agent woes. We apologize for any inconvenience that they may have caused. The fixes include:
- The bug which caused agents to refuse to admit a player completed a mission is fixed. This happened if the player completed the mission on a separate node than his agent is on.
- All players who lost standing since the Castor patch have been reimbursed with the standing they lost. Players who gained standing or have the same amount of standing are unaffected by this change.
- The time bonus rewards for agent missions have been toned down a bit. They were far too lucrative. They are also no longer in the form of original blueprints, that is reserved for the research agents. ----------------------------------------------

because the first news post was a warning about bugs. the revised one was a notification that the bugs had been fixed.
Better than having two news posts on the same topic in such a short period of time. .
