So, yet another journalist has died under 'suspicious' circumstances...I hope i do not need remind you of Anna Politkovskaya, Alexander Litvinenko or one fo the numerous other critics of Putin's government who in the past years have died or dissappeared. Not to even mention the closing of certain broadcasting agencies and newspapers...
I do not live in Russia, i've never been there, and i do not speak russian. But i do know my share of history and politics, and whats been happening there for the past years can't be right.
Putin seemed a good guy at first. Now it seems, with his powerful FSB (Russian Secret Service, successor to the KGB) influence, things are at work that shouldn't, in a democracy. Are there people where who could give me some 'inside-info' as to the public opinion in Russia on these matters? Anything i can gather from my own news sources has been through ITAR-TASS already, and i'd like to hear it from someone with a more reasonable political bias

Yeah, politics = bad.
And anyways, according to bush, Putin has a good soul, right? He couldn't be up to anything suspicious.
