I am having a hard time finding Agents that will give me missions. I open the map, set it to Agents, it shows me in green all the agents, I went to differant ones all night and all they say to me is "no one sent you? go away"
Whats the best way to find lvl 1 agants/missions?

For one, stop failing missions. You have two agents that slightly dislike you now.
You can find agents from SOE (mixed courier/combat), FN (mainly combat), or other corps.
Show info on Gallente Federation (faction), click each Member corps and check out their agents.

hit F12 and complete your tutorial. Once done you'll get graduation certificates to the 4 races. Then go to the lowest agent and they should talk to you.
easier way yet is to look at your standings. go to the who likes me tab, go to top corporation, go to agents tab, open mission type drop down and see if any agents you can use. if you can use right click on them set destination and have fun.
both ways work, i do suggest the first one then the second so your not asking how to do contracts and such later on

No I hadn't failed any of my missions, and I completed the turtorial (twice in fact :P ), I was just at a point in each line that it was just too hard to solo, I had to keep warping out with a sliver of life. 
But I had no idea those 4 parchments I had picked up started new quests, so with that information, I really enjoyed a night of great missions, thx for the help guys!
