I looted several componants last night. I right clicked them and checked the market details on each. Some of them were selling for a nice sum.
My question is simply.. how do I get these items on the market? Do I need to train in some skills to do it?
Thx for the help.

Make sure the item is in your hangar, and not in your ship's cargo bay. Right-click on the item -> "Sell Item"
You may get an immediate offer for your item -- DO NOT accept it unless it's in the neighborhood of what you planned on selling it for.
Select ADVANCED on the window that pops up. Now select your desired sell price, how many days to run the sale, and any other options available.
Then just click OK and the item will leave your hangar. Now just wait for someone to buy it! |

You mean, buy them? Click the item, right click a sell order, click Buy this.
You mean, sell them? Right click your stuff, click Sell this item.

When you check market details a list with all buy/sell orders in current selected market range will show up. Every orders is placed in some location, most have range of efect station some buy order have longers. To trade with given order you will need to be in range.

Might be worth buying and training the Trade skill to 2, then the Retail skill to 2 or 3; they both give you the ability to have extra orders (more than the default 5), and that might be useful if you have more than 5 items to sell. You can set up 29 orders with Trade at 2 and Retail at 2 I think, and it doesn't take long to train those two skills.

I reached my sell order limit last night.
90,000 ISK and 28 minutes later I'd trained Retail I for an additional 8 orders (I can now have 21 orders with Trade II and Retail I). There's another 8 per level for retail.
I'll train another level or two over the next couple of days, so I don't hit the limit again soon.
Another thing to do is stockpile, stack and sell as much in one order as possible.
