Ive been living in NPC 0.0 for the greater part of a year now. Every time i decide to dock up, I end up warping to, say "Angel Cartel Logistic Support." Now, being the Angel Cartel, I expect a big, brown, oddly alien, pointy, definitely menacing structure.
Instead... an amarr station. whoo.
I just spent 2 months living in a Serpentis Corporation Chemical Refinery. Which turned out to be one of those Caldari stations with the ski ramp, like Jita 4-4. I want a gallente-looking station, with sign's flashing today's price on Crash, dammit!
Pirate Stations for all!

I just spent 2 months living in a Serpentis Corporation Chemical Refinery. Which turned out to be one of those Caldari stations with the ski ramp, like Jita 4-4. I want a gallente-looking station, with sign's flashing today's price on Crash, dammit!
Pirate Stations for all!
There's some pretty neat pirate stuff in missions sometimes, I remember seeing this Serpentis outpost in a lvl 3 (I think), it kinda looked like a Gallente station, but it was dark red, promiscuous looking. There are also player stations in 0.0 that look nice, or at least "different".

Most 0.0 is completely devoid of life - people make 0.0 out to be so scary when in reality... its not.

I know this has been replied to 5500 times but yeah, its pretty empty most of the time.. and unless they have 25 guys backing them up most people wont have a go at you anyway.. for fear of you having a titan or something hidden away... anyway heres what you need to do my friend. Make an alt.. and go north... then i'd advise avoiding a system called EC-P8R but make your way to J-CIJV... and fly around there for a few hours, check out the minerals... check out the rats.. check the stations... and you'll see how uber AND empty the place normally is.
J-CI might have a few more nasty people around these days but generally it was a great place to base out of. You can then venture forth and learn PVP and such.. though the number of t2 ships around those parts lately is disgusting. Noob cant get a fair fight anywhere in a t1 cruiser/bc.
Anyway.. you'll lose nothing and gain some appreciation of what its like out there.. just dont go through EC-P8R...
And back to the OP... hell yeah. Even crappy mission runners get to see sweet ass serpentis bases... all red and ****... and uber looking... why cant they put a few in 0.0 to pretty up the place. (there are some cool ones out there though...)

Yup, this would be nice. I've heard some of the models already exist but haven't been set to be used.
Serpentis Prime station sure doesn't look like that link. 
It would definitely help set 0.0 apart from Empire in more ways than current.

A station in a hollowed out asteroid would fit.
I've always thought a pirate owned outpost was a very romantic idea. one system as a haven for the wrongdoers and misbegots against the whole Universe.

That sorta makes sense, as their CEO is Caldari.
But yes, it seems more unique models for serpentis, angel, sansha, and even khanid stations are in the client, but not used anywhere. Check Chribba's "rare stuff" thread.
