apparently to the incompentent ushra'khan diplomats, saying you are blue then the next day back stabbing you is the now approved concept of napping. also, ushra'khans nrds policy is a blatent lie due to the fact they were seen ransoming neutrals in their space too. hurray for stupidity!

I can confirm your corp was never in positive standing and was set to negative standing yesterday for hostile acts.
If any member of Ushra'khan committed piracy then they would be torn to pieces by their fellow pilots.

As i was the one who did the standings settings, ill shed some light.
i talked to thier diplomat Sapphrine, Nice lad he is. however it seems communication is a little slow in U'K cuase i log in the next day and we are still red.
Then zoolkhan give tremendous attitude for a 'diplo' and ganks one of my pilots While im talking to him abotu getting standings changed. so, i guess well see ushra khan in space.

Strangely enough, when we were hunting some UK/IO in low-sec space last night Tridget jumped through our small fleet and then one of our pilots in the next system reported that he warned the UK that we were next door.
We therefore assumed he was a terrorist sympathiser or Ushra'khan alt...
Funny how these things work out

chronology
- 1st; they come to uk land with sentences similar
to : "uk approach us for standings, until then we
do what we want"
- 2nd; they gank a neutral ratter in u'k land
- 3rd; u'k kills them and set them red
- 4rd; next day they come back ; flagged red -
knowing so - because theyve been told that repeadetely
long before i personally arrived at scenery
- 5th; tehyve been asked to leave and at first they refused - after 20 minutes i told them time is up,
and now the free passage is not free anymore
and "the juan" is free to be hunted.
latest here the intelligent reader realizes
that there was no cease fire agreed upon at all
beyond this point.
6th; 10 mins later he pulled out his scout "the juan" but left it in his covert just at the other side of teh gate (duh!)
by then he opened convo wherein ive been told
the phoon would not be reinbursed - instead he found it most important to explain me what a bad diplomat i am :o)
our gang fragged the scout in the meantime.
lesson: pull out means pull out hang at gate
just to slip back in when we dont watch is
stupid.
------------ to wrap it up:
i wish i woudl have done the kill, but that is
not my score - i was indeed not there
and our pilots acted against a red flagged target
quiet normal behaviour in and around 0.0
you can expect to be save _after_ your standings are sorted not before.
and i bet that other alliances reading this
are already amused by the fact that i bother to comment
this at all... dont expect me to put any more effort into this.
Must be your first 0.0 trip - your attitude killed you.
U'K is known to be very tolerant against newcomers
a basic cooperation and respect given.

he did not like the quality of my english
and so on.. of course this style is not really helping
him and his attempt to drag u'k through the mud.
my ego can deal with this kind of racism,
especially since english is my 6th language.

This is pathetic at best and reminds me of Solar Killers when they were looking for an excuse to break their word and cover up that they themselves were the aggressors by trying to make us look like it.
Zoolkhan summed up the chronology nicely.
As for saying we 'ransomed' someone either provide details or stop blowing hot air. Your initial post is so lacking in detail anyone can see you are lying out of your back teeth. One of the many problems with this forum and why it is such a pain to visit every now and then.

Bad diplomacy needs to be publicly evailed for future reference tbh, if you call your convo diplomacy. We were promised blue standings, then got backstabbed. Then you ask for refund on the phoon when you go out and kill one of our megas... your logic is profound. [/sarcasm]

backstabbing is to set you blue, and then to shoot you
instead we stabbed you in your front - by shooting
you while you was red

then i inform you, that your guys just agressed and are killing my corp member... he was kinda exited on TS about it... you said "No way".
then you tell me that "i cant keep a leash on my men when im talking to you".
now you say that you wish you were on the kill?
look; i sent a mail to my corp in good faith saying, dont agress uk. standings werent 'official'. i hadnt set any corps blue. but i was acting out of good faith to try and be friendly to you folks.
Sapphrine the diplo i talked to, was a helluva guy. he was nice, he wasnt an arrogant helmet like others, and he also told me that ushra khans 'high councel' was informed of our intentions to be set to friendly. guess the information travels real fast in your alliance
either way, we can stop the he said she said, cause whats done is done. see you in space.

Sapphrine is a decent bloke indeed, but our bashar is
not bypassing the council. That i am pretty sure off.

You can wiggle and bla bla all you want Ushra`Khan. EvE knows of your underhanded questionable dealings. Few will trust you, but I am sure you dont care, cause your Ushra`Khan. No wonder you have alot of enemys with that attitude. While we are quoting one another: " fortunately youre still not in the position to dictate us what to do. ". Arrogance is a short sighted trait. Actually, I am glad we didnt end up blue with you. Your diplomate shows us just what kind of ppl you are. But thats what diplos do, represent thier corp/aliance isnt it?

The mind boggles. When you went to Ushra'Khan space to gank a few ratters, what did you THINK would happen? You wanted them to welcome you with open arms? A little bit naive, aren't we? As far as diplomatic overtures go, this one was a real winner. So much for incompetence.
When you're in Rome, do as the Romans do. Simple as that. If you can't stick to the rules, don't blame the other side when things go wrong.
Also, you can insinuate all you want, I still haven't seen a shred of proof that U'K pilots are ransoming neutrals in their space. Having flown alongside those guys myself, I don't believe that for an instant.
