Obviously, this is an alt. I hold a leadership position in my current group and am looking to do research anonymously first.
About me:
I have a titan, blops, several caps and independent revenue streams. I have experience in lowsec, NPC nullsec, and sovnull. I'm USTZ but occasionally play in other timezones too. I've held many different leadership positions over the years and know exactly how much work that is. I have a close-knit group of friends who may or may not come with me, with similar assets and experience. I also have a life outside of EVE, and this is important: I need EVE to return to being a game.
What I'm looking for in this thread is something beyond cut-and-paste recruitment. I want a thoughtful response to the below concerns, so I can get in touch with you and get to know you better. I'm in no rush, looking for a quality home for myself and some friends.
What I'm looking for:
1) Fun times. I like for-fun roaming, I like capital ops, I don't mind suicide. What's important is the fact that everyone is having fun doing it, and setbacks don't default end in rage and unpleasantness. What kind of fun does your group have?
2) Good leadership. I've been in startups, I've led startups. I've been in established groups. Quality leadership is rare, and comes from multiple sources. How is your group led and what makes it effective?
3) Respectful bros. I'm not thin-skinned but that doesn't mean I want my free time to be filled with immature drama all the time either. I won't accept a constant stream of racist, sexist or homophobic hate as the price for access to fun content. What is your community like?
4) Chill attitudes. I won't log in for every ping (though I will watch for them). I may not log in for several days at a time. When I do log in I will join content or even lead it sometimes. Can your group accommodate a real life?
