Unfortenly there is no way to contact CCP in a direct way. I hope, that a forum moderator will forward the mail to CCP, because I canŠt see an other way to reach them.
Dear CCP
I would like to inform you, that Massive Multiplayer Online Game is not the same as a Player Versus Player game. Unfotunately you are only listening to the PvP fans who love to slaughter other pilots, not to fight equal ships. I love the PwP aspects of the game but now you try to force me and my friends to a style of play, that we donŠt like.
Do you know what happens to game wich are no fun anymore? They will be thrown away. My problem is not that the ships are slower now. It doesnŠt bother me that you will need agents to get to tech level 2. My concern is the security downgrade of the empire space. Thake a look at the skills of my pilot Nikodemus. I am a miner, refiner and manufacturer. Our corperation has itŠs main base in XXXXX which was 0.5 sec and is 0.4 now. Wellcome to playerkiller paradise. It was hard enough when PKs blokaded Egghelende, but now they can travel around and kill peacefull miners for free. And please donŠt tell me about player-sec-ratings. They are only in 0.5 or higher of interest.
The change of the security rating was not announced, and so you can only satisfiy me in three ways:
1.: Turn back the sec rating of my home system to 0.5 and give us a save passage to Luminare.
2.: Make Concord protect pilots in 0.4 space too.
3.: You transfer all our equipement to a save station with: a save route to Luminare, a Office of äThe little gallente combatshopô, as many factory- and lab-slots as äThe little gallente combatshopô had in the station in the present system.
I stayed in empire space because I can have fun without spoiling other peoples fun. Please make the game worth to be played again for people who think like me. I donŠt like to be forced to do something that I would never do, like mining in my ship without concord protection.
If you can not make me happy again, then you lose at least 3 customers. Not much on the one side, but you already lost so many customers, can you afford to lose more? Think back to the day when you tried to reach the 10.000 pilot mark and then answer my last question.

0.0 - 0.4 concord wont show up if you attack ...
0.5 - 1.0 concord will show up
this is the way its been since day 1 of EVE Online, and it wont change for the likes of someone who is flaming on the board cause he probably got his ass handed to him.

I wonder why it's even called empire space, if they have no influence in those systems...
shouldn't they (concord or faction police) respond in every "empire" system regardless, abeit much slower in lower sec systems...

I play with 4 other people. We do primarily mining and manufacturing. We have operated <.5 systems the entire game.
If you're worried about PC rats, find a similar system and move your operations. It's not hard. Unless you stockpile tons of ships, most corp assets can be moved in a few indy runs.
Even in a .4 there are still station and gate guns. Anyone wants to hit you has to contend with them. If you're worried that pirates might sit out of sentry range, then scout the area in a shuttle or other disposable ship.

I think you should read the post again, the system he was operating out of used to be 0.5 and in the castor patch it bacame 0.4.
That jump is a BIG jump, in rality far too big for a 0.1 change but that aside...
... the system has been 0.5 from start, why did it change to 0.4?

@Syndic4te: You are right, but why can reduce the sec rating of so many systems so fast? Why do I pay stationtaxes when I sell over the market system and not over the trade window?
Also the 10.000 Pilot Event has shown up on the Billboard until it faild. So CCP knows about it.
@Jericho: I noly need someone who keeps PK-scum out of my back. Thats the job of concord. If they canŠt handle it, then I will leave this galaxy.
@Ajari Joan: If a forum called "COMPLAINS" would exist, I would have posted there.
@Koda: Moving the operation is not an option anymore. We are only 3 Users and our corp hangar has more than 750.000mŠ We moved already 3 times, we are tired of moving.

Systems change all the time, there are warnings in the news. Sarum prime is going to get a boost or already has and that is mentioned in the news.
I dont see what your whining at....I know your whining, but is it at the security level of your system, are you whining about pirates or are you just bored and fancied *****ing on the forums?
Empire spaces was always intended as a kind of training ground for noobs, when you have a bit of experience you head out to 0.0, 0.1-0.4 help you get used to the lawlessness of 0.0

I've been playing since beta and I haven't gotten in a fight that I didn't want to be in yet.
(except for when my shuttle got AFK nuked by an Apoc)

Great to see a player whine about a non ccp run event, and then blame ccp for how it turned out. lol. It was 100% player run, and ccp gave it a minor post in the offical news the day before this *player created* event ran.
mmog's change - all the time. Thats the whole point of the game. Its dynamic. It makes it fun. If you want static content go play a single player game.
If you don't want pvp then go play Earth & Beyond.
