yep, should work. Faction ammo works better on the frigs and cruisers, so I used just carry them as you don't see many BS.

Could this work in a C3 and still be efficient? Otherwise I might try it on SiSi and see if I can get it to explode... >_>

Its not about being stable at 50%, its about cap regeneration. Drake with Shield Power Relays in lows will have very poor cap regen. Even rattlesnake will have hard time running cap intensive modules in C3 wormhole.
