I was wondering why this is and why your alliance would want anything from a small corporation such as FRBNE? We have done nothing to warrent this. You made someone mad enough to pay 50 million isk for a weeks worth of war 2. A privateer saw your corporation has a "get rich quick" target 3. A corp member smacked talked a Privateer in local 4. A corp member took loot from a wreak that a Privateer just got finished trashing I do not speak for the corp or alliance, what I post are my own thoughts on the subject ---------------------- Boom goes the ship! Especially against 32 to 1 odds. Unfortunately for you, the way the Privateers work is not very diplomatic. Someone pays them to add you to their list of people to kill on sight, or you somehow drew their attention to you. Either way... the solution is to stay out of sight until the declaration dissolves on its own, then resume buisness as usual. In the meantime, it would probably be a good idea to figure out who would want to war dec'd you guys and why. But that's just my thoughts on the matter.

Just fly what you can afford to loose for the week and have some fun. You might be able to take a few down. You will never know till you try. And remember this, some of us (not me) are very good at what we do. If you value your implants either ask for a ransom right away or kiss them implants goodbye. The ones I run with will always honor the ransom. But the ransom just buys you a one-way ticket out of the system, nothing else. I would also find out who paid for the dec and then pay to dec them. More targets for me. what I write on these forums are my own thoughts, and have nothing to do with the corp or alliance I am in ---------------------- Boom goes the ship! Squish goes the pilot!

I assume you are some miner/production corp yes? Privs declared UCC a while back. We killed alot of them, they killed a few of us. Then they retracted the war, I continued to sell my ships, and found that most if not all of them in my area were being bought by....privs , that includes modules, ammunition etc. Everything to fit out. This goes on for maybe a few weeks Then sales slows down. So, i put up a new batch of stuff.. Privs dec Ucc again! tbh these guys are the best thing thats happened to my wallet since buying up cheap towers before the patch.... Right now fighting in a moderately used empire system is really unholy. I notice current Privateers are definitely not the style of play they used in the last 3 wardecs. Seem to be a lot of very large blobs at trade hubs now, generally camping some high traffic gateway or station to take advantage of the games inability to load well.

This is very interesting, ive been in corp/alliance so long i dont notice any changes in tactics like you suggest. Im often around the hubs, but certainly not to take advantage of lag, in fact i find the lag makes the game to painfull to bear so im pretty much never in Jita. Andy other hub i dont find the lag effects the game on way or the other SKUNK

Im very glad to see you are sitting docked profitering whilst your alliance mates are out fighting and loosing their ships. Im sure your bravery is much appreciated by you corpies. I would like to see what impact we have had on markets though - its an interesting point. By both killing ships, a finger in the air estimate 25 thousand, and of course losing ships of our own, we must affect the market somehow. I wonder how much and what the market has done to accomadate this. Also the disruption of mining in high sec (no miner would feel safe out mining in their hulk with a war dec on ) and the hauler gankage popping all the loot and preventing easy transfer of loot from one region to another (baring hauler alts of course). Also the disruption of the mission runner farmers, who would in the time spent if there was no wardec, have ammased stupid amounts of isk to spend on loots. Driving prices up in some ways and down in others... i dont know. SKUNK

If you gotta mine, do it in some remote, dead-end system. If you gotta haul, use an alt. If you run missions, watch local like a hawk and dock the second a hostile enters system. Also, avoid large trade hubs, especially those further south. Jita is actually pretty safe most of the time, but why would you want to go there, anyway? As for the economy, I would say that the privateers probably aren't doing that much. Just forces corps that are war-decced to move away from central hubs for a couple weeks.
