I just realize that the warp core stabilizer is fitted in the low slots... and there is no activation... so it works automatically? Does anyone use them effectively? Any comments?

Comment: They work. Another comment: I don't like that they're lowslot, since we will needs loads of warp scramblers to catch people running 2-8 stabs .

I like it, although it's a little too late for them to be needingly placed into the low slots as they already got rid of the load in lag (which would have made passive low slot stabilizers a must when traveling). But still i like the change.

Yeah but since you maintain target during alignment you can still knock em enough with missiles to stop em warping if you really need to. Ramming speed!!! |

Don't worry. With the advent of the deployable warp disruption field generators, that won't be as big of a problem.
Warp core stabs don't work against them... ------------------------------------------- "My main griveance with the Caldari state was that once I had finished my work for them, they wanted me dead."

How you know this? did you check it in Chaos? and if so, do you know if there will be a module that will contrarest it?

Uhmm, missiles do so little now there's hard chance of keeping anyone from warping. When we were testing it, the Scorpion could warp while being hit with missiles from another Scorpion and a Raven every time, no problem.

Errr..
Missiles hardly do any knockback anymore, so they dont effect your ships ability to allign for warp.

I think it would be cool if the warp disruption field units worked just like warp scramblers in the given area of effect. 2 warp cores would work fine against them. Just an idea.
