Before accepting any "contracts" with these guys, I suggest you to think twice. Their corporation description says that they're:
"Front corp for a large capital ship producer. Able to produce all Dreadnoughts, Carriers and Freighters on request. Also able to produce Nyx. All orders delivered".
In this thread http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=466560 they say that they're mercenaries or whatever empire griefers.
I indeed fell into their scam and lost 200M of corp money during the process, but the price was worth it. I now has the evidence to declare Letava and his/her minions as scammers.
The mail they sent me after the "phoenix order":

If you are happy with this, please transfer 200,000,000 ISK to me, and your order will go into production immediately.

After a week, I tried to send mails and convo him, no response, and after few days I realized that this was a scam.I know I was stupid as I payed the 200M in advance, but the case is not as simple as that. Lesson learned, now don't fall into their scams anymore.

I'm afraid it really is as simple as that. no geniune manufacturer of dreads would ask for a deposit before building it. It really is that simple.

As Empire griefers they were not that good, knowing them, i'm not surprised they resorted to scamming.
