The issue here is that the citadel is too far from the gate. With next update there is hopefully a fix for that! |

That's a slightly different story then.
Putting aside my sarcastic responses, I think the answer to this isn't to change bubbles, simply to not allow citadels on grid with gates. I know CCP won't do that though, so we'll just wait for the bubble changes. |
