10mn Afterburner
Injector (800 Charges)
Stasis Webber
Cap recharger
2 MAR II

2 Rat specific hardeners
Heat Sink II
Its best to drop the medium nos, most likely with Beams I assume you plan on sniping, therfore being out of range of a nos anyways. The webber is in case a frig gets too close.

2 reppers is overkill for level 3 missions imho, not to mention the fact that they'll murder your cap. Also with those crappy guns it'll take forever to kill anything.
Try something like:
7 x Heavy Beams (best named you can get), Tractor Beam/whatever
AB II, 3 x Cap Recharger II
MAR II, 3 x hardeners, 2 x Heatsink II
5 x Hammerhead II
Probably needs AWU 4, but if you're short of powergrid you can downgrade the AB (or even drop it altogether, I just hate to be slow) and/or maybe swap a heatsink for a PDS.
With beams you might find you need a webber, if so drop a CR II and swap a heatsink for a CPR.

This is a good setup, to improve fit 2x cap charger rigs and 1 x grid rig. With high skills you can fit t2 Heavy Beams and 2 heat sinks. Extreme dmg output.
