High quality plastic or pewter models to build would be amazing indeed.
... I'd go for smaller pre-built versions as well.
(all ships to scale with one another)
An EVE novel backed by a well known sci-fi author would also be most interesting.

Having models of ships etc would be good would also boost CCP's income to improve the game would also be cool to have a megathron sitting on my desk with an apoc slugging it out with little laser action control

ship models in shiny metals (copper and so on) : real high quality models to put in a trofee room (look : i've flown all these ships )
