That template is slightly out of date and he now has another 150k SP or so. He is a downgrade from yours but his assets come with him (3 Inties, 3 Dictors and various other bits and pieces). In 3 days he'll be at Amarr BS V (currently training it).

both your chara skills are a lot lower than mine if your willing to trade isk too mabe we can work something out

Sorry mate but that deal I've offered is as far as I'm willing to go. Your character, although nice, has nearly 4million wasted Skill Points in industry, science and trade. Mine has no wasted skill points at all with the exception of the starter skills.
Basically that's your offer mate. If you want it then that's cool and if you don't want it then that's cool but that's as far as I'll go.

check this char out. my thread its training large laser weapons atm and I've got 19 days left on it. I'll trade it with all assests plus isk.
