1st) You bumped it yesterday indicating the thread was still active; if it wasn't you'd have removed the original post stating it was no longer allowed, etc, etc. I was warning people of the policy change that they may not have noticed.
As for targetted harassment I came across yours while browsing the forums, if I had came accross another I would have posted there too.

4th) Nothing changes except that you can't resell time codes any more. Boo hoo.
And who are you? Forum police force to check on when people edit and bump their own buy/sell threads? "Nothing changes" except for a few changes. GTC prices are going down. Sucks if you're a GTC seller, more work advertising, lower prices - but great news for GTC buyers. Spam won't increase, but if prices fall by a lot, more people will turn to buy ISK on the side from ISK farmers who sell their ISK almost 3x as cheaply as codes now. That's all that Amber was noting.
