There you have it...
If you feel like ganking you could change a nano pump for a grid rig and fit a full rack of neutrons with AWU V. EW slot either a damp (to increase locking time on your drones) or a tracking disruptor.

Thanks to fraxy for showing me this way of tanking on an eos/astarte. (panzer movie ...)
Eos:
5x Heavy Neutron Blasters II
2x Medium Diminishing Power System Drain
(you could also go 7 nos or 7 blasters, choise is up to you ...)
1x Photon Scattering Field II
1x Invulnerability Field II
3x Large Shield Extender II
2x Power Diagnostic System II
3x Shield Power Relay II
2x Core Defence Field Purger I
Drones (deuh  )
Overall resists are 75% and 180 hp/s (peak, with no implants or so what). This translates into 700 raw dps tanked  and it dishes out 600 dps itself ...

^ Whoever you're fighting will just run away.
It will also take too long to get into blaster range without a MWD.

Only thing the astarte is better for is gatecamping -
7x 250mm rails
Cap booster, sensor booster, warp disruptors
1x mar II, 2x eanm II, dcontrol, expl hard, MFS

Try a Myrmidon with:
5x Large Shield Extender II
6x Shield Power Relay II
3x Core Defence Field Purger I
That will bust over 600 HP/sec regen easily.

Doesn't drop the dmg a whole lot though, still an awesome setup.

whit faction web i can keep stuff out of theyr range... specially gallente blaster ships that dont have range above 10km :) (LIKE eos). sure hes drones will still hit me... but not enough for me to gank the living crap out of him :)
