I would like to request that citadels also repair items in hangers, personal and corp. And all levels of hangers - ships, cans etc.
As we no longer have the option to to r-click and say repair when living in a citadel compared to a station.
I understand undocking and using the tether repairs ships and their models, but drones have to be flying in the tether range to fix and items you have in storage have to be drug out and fit to the ship to be fix.
Thank you

Seconded. I spent the greater part of 20 minutes trying to find one module that was broken when I tried to repackage everything. I found an easier way but it's still a pita. |

Hangar - where things are stored, especially air- or spacecraft.
Hanger - where things are hanged, especially coats and hats. |

you don't have the two click option inside the hangar* with citadels. you have to undock with it fitted or for drones have them flying in space with you.
*thank you Felix for that spelling correction.

Select a ship
Ctrl-A
Repair
Wait a few seconds (in my hanger of 40+ fitted ships, it takes no more than 20 seconds on a bad day)
Repair All
The only thing you have to worry about now is making sure you do not undock with a mod offline.
How did you Veterans start?

This does not work in a citadel (at least the last time I dared to try). There is no repair option. |

This does not work in a citadel (at least the last time I dared to try). There is no repair option. My first thought was as Shah's, but indeed there seems no repair inside catdels as inside stations. I have read some other place that citadels are like ships for the game code, and since we cannot repair stuff inside ships, we probably cannot inside citadels. Maybe that is why the tethering repair was added in the first place? |
