Hi!
When trying to connect, my screen loads as far as to the "Got Units" part. From there it simply won't load further.
I've tried clearing the cache and everything, but the problem remains. Anyone who can help me with this?

I got slightly further but still at splash screen.....
Was in the game and suddenly couldn't get any server update or even dock!

Me thinks you all needed to read about the downtime that's supposed to happen about the time you all reported this... - lol

I got the same problem and it¦s after downtime i think? after 10 minutes i come to where you pick your character but it¦s no pictures there and i can¦t choose a char. I have restarted my comp. and cleared cache. I wish i could change skill training in my eve insider

Hardy try this type your username and next type wrong your password. After when u recive info wrong login or pass type your password correctly- it should work

My game also halts after "Got Units", I have tried to reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers, disable sound, disable sound acceleration, tried entering the wrong password then the right one and checked that the clock was synced.
Still doesnt work.

Seems that if I wait for a while it gets past Got units but hangs later during the startup.
Did a network trace on both of the icelandic servers and the first 157.157.139.10 has a 100% packet loss at iceland-telecom-ltd.thamesside.cw.net (188.63.217.6) and for the other link to 213.167.138.82 has a 100% packetloss at the same point as the first one. the really large ping times (from sweden) start somewhere at the first thamesside routers.
Hope this information can be of value.

Hi,
Also had this problem (tried to login a couple of times, with and without cleared cache); entered the wrong password + then the right one, and got in. However, EVE goes in slomo; and throwes me out every 5 mins... Gaah! Please HELP :/

I had the problem with game halting in "got units", but now ive gone further... but i docked and reconnected and now its just a black screen when ive pressed the char button.
