IAC did this a whole bunch of times and posted the videos on EVE-O. Supposedly its an exploit but CCP doesn't care.

and at this point i belive we acturly had an GM watchin it in local.
would you like to explain to me how that is proof? i see shrike at a pos, and cronhx in a pod as he as most likely just lost his ship (as there is an evol wreck there).
there is no empty carrier. The only thing outside of the shield is a neutral bustard and a neutral iteron mk3, which (if the pos was setup correctly, would have been bumped out anyway by the shield)

Consider the possibility that it was one of KOS' macro miners that bumped the carrier out...any alliance that needs macros to mine in 0.0 probably doesn't have the mental capability to program them right anyways.

even a npc (neutral) have a corp ticker u know how settings worke right?
and u see a RED = ENMY in a ship with my Corp ticker = just enterd it!

i know english may not be your first language, but i'm sorry i don't entirely understand what you saying there.
if you're trying to show that the cheetah has been stolen by using the overview as proof. then i put it to you that i often appear on my own overview as hostile, or gates appear as hostile, or i get 3 copies of each gate appearing on my overview, needless to say, its not (much like most of eve) without its major bugs.
i have provided video evidence that one of your allies uses this tactic, if you want to continue flaming just bob for doing it then fine, but if you do, i'm not gonna bother replying.

This thread's rapidly devolving into an exploit discussion, which is a no-go. If you have extreme suspicions that someone is cheating, bug-report it or ask for it to be escalated to a senior GM and let them deal with it - in any case, don't post even anonymous private messages here.
