The character being auctioned is this one. t2 cruise missiles, t2 heavy missiles, t2 standard missiles, t2 medium hybrids, t2 shield tanking. Crows, Eagles, Cerberus', Covops, Recons, Charon, and already some training in Advanced Spaceship Command as well.

Empathy is at III, so with 3 days training you could get Empathy IV and Presence IV and this character would have 18 Charisma - it could be flying a Nighthawk in about a month.
As for engineering skills:
Energy Emission Systems III
Energy Grid Upgrades II
Energy Pulse Weapons I
Energy Systems Operation I
Engineering V
Shield Operation III (91% done towards IV, only 2 hours)
Shield Upgrades IV
Tactical Shield Manipulation IV
Not very good but it would only take a short time to get them up to snuff.

Scamming via character sales is prohibited. Anyone trying to do so will be banned, and any isk lost reimbursed my CCP. Character sales are completely safe. We simply trade evemails documenting exactly what we are doing- what is being traded, how much it is being traded for, etc. and then do the trade.

If you don't count the ability to fly a freighter then no the character is entirely pvp focused.
