My favorite blaster rokh setup... On Quickfit it says 400 DPS but my own calculations bring it to more like 800 DPS... quickfit is funky =\
Highs:
7x Modal Mega Neutron Blasters w/ Antimatter 1x Siege Launcher w/ damage specific torpedoes
Meds:
1x X-Large Shield Booster II 2x Invulnerability field II 1x Heavy Capacitor Booster w/ 800s 1x Sensor Booster 1x Tracking Computer
Lows:
3x Magnetic Field Stabs II 2x Tracking Enhancer II
This setup requires Weapon Upgrades 5 AWU 4. If you dont have those skills then replace one of the tracking enhancers for an RCU and it still works great.
Max range with the blasters (with all suport skills at 4) is 22km and ROF is 4.8 seconds or so. My max hit so far with my t1 blasters is about 700 on structure. With t2 blasters its obviously much greater. The DPS goes up to almost 1200 w/null or 1600 w/void and it kicks some major ass.
I also throw in 5 t2 medium drones for the added dps. And the tracking enhancers/cpu should help you hit anything larger than a cruiser while its orbiting you. unless of coirse its nano... Exploiters ftw.

with t2 guns my friend has a 1 hit shot of about 1000 on structure, this is obviously rounded.
1000 damage / 5 seconds per shot (roughly) = 200 damage X 7 guns = 1400 DPS with guns
Torpedo (assuming t2) = 1 hit shot of 800 / 10 seconds per shot = 80 DPS with torpedoes
Drones (again assuming t2) = 1 hit shot of 40 / 2 seconds per shot = 20 damage X 5 drones = 100 DPS
1400 + 80 + 100 = 1580 DPS, not quite 1600.
This does not include resistances or anything like that. Its all based on structure hits and when you factor in 80% resists (in the case of fighting say, a super-tanked domi) it reduces to about 320. Still not too bad overall.

every shot u make isnt a wrecking shot.... blaster rohk pwns tho, it can squeeze out about 800 dps i think on hull

dps ain't calculated that way.
DPS = ammo dmg * dmg multiplier * number of guns / rate of fire.

Thats true. I base my DPS on highest possibility. So yeah on average 800 DPS is about right... Thats where most of your damage will fall.

i have all support skills at level 5 for both missiles and gunnery.
Also dont forget to include Large blaster specialization (2% damage per lvl) and Torpedo Specialization (also 2% damage bonus per lvl). I have both of those at 4.
And especially dont forget the mag stabs. they make all the difference =)
I followed your route and tried it and came up with 847 DPS.
But again that is an average. The way I calculate my DPS is based on my best shot / ROF.
If you think about it, it does the same thing as you are doing with your calculator only I take it from actual damage examples
Say if you werre to have a wrecking shot of 1000 EVERY shot (impossible i am aware, but just hypothetically) and have a ROF of 5 seconds then wmould you not follow the same route and take 1000 damage / 5 seconds = 200 DPS per gun?
Then multiply it by 7 guns and you get 1400 DPS.
Keep in mind that this example is in a perfect world. Which this is by no means such.

Based on this, a 1400mmII tempy has about 3000 dps. Shiny!
Perhaps a little thought before picking random numbers to base your calculations on?

For guns?
Right click the gun when fitted, and multiply the damage modifier by the total damage of the ammo you want to use, divided by the rate of fire of said weapon, and multiply the result by the number of guns = Raw DPS. Drones and missiles are a different story.

by all means you made up your own way to calculate dps. The general way is the one stated before and that's the logical way I don't understand you're way your's is more like DPSWWS (Damage Per Second With Wrecking Shots)
Also your spec skills don't apply since you're not using t2 guns
You trained all your gunnery support skills from 4-5 between a couple of posts? teach meh!
How does null do more dps then Antimatter?

Quickfit is nothing near funky, it calculates dps on a ships given resistances, not raw dps. If you chose an unfitted ship as a target, it calculates the damage on the ships base resistances.
I would suggest using warp disruptor II on that rokh, plus some webifier drones, or a mate in a huginn. The range advantage is nice to have.

7x Neutron Blasters 1 E500 nos
Cap injector II 24km scram X-large shield boost 2 Invuln II 1 Photon II
2 PDU II 3 MAg Stab II
1 thermic rig 1 shield extender rig 1 cap rig? or something else?
If you want tech II guns in highs i think i fit it with an electrochemical cap injector over the tech II.

How do you stay at your combat range without a speed mod or a webber ?
How do you prevent your ennemies from warping out without a scrambler ?
I don't do any PvP (carebear and proud of it since Ultima Online in 1998), but that setup don't scare me ... I'd be out of your combat range and happily warping away in the blink of an eye ... of course, if you find people with a death wish that actually let themselves be killed, it could work ...

goddessbhunter how much did you pay for your char at eBay?
No way anyone can have played long enough to train all gunnery and missile support-skills to 5 and spec-skills to 4 and be this stupid.
