Ok,
We're basically hi-sec griefers who wardec people. No point in pretending to be "Mercs" or anything else. This is what we do and we love it.
We are mostly British or US guys so there isn't much "Vot" or "Ehh" on Ventrilo. We are also pretty twisted individulas so be sure to have a "broad" sense of humour, otherwise you'll hate us.
We have forums and are looking to take on alot of players. Experience is preffered but we're happy to take a noob on if you feel you have something to offer.
Due to the nature of our members we don't have a corp hanger so if you're looking to rob someone - go somewhere else. 
MUST be pvp orientated
MUST have a microphone and ventrilo

A page from the to-do list of a griefer:
1) remove ore from a nub stupid enough to mine with jet cans
2) blow away said nub for being stupid enough to take it back
3) laugh at nub in local
4) laugh about nub on vent with corp m8s
5) have a [still laughing] corp m8 haul away said nubs ore and loot
6) laugh at nub some more in local
7) laugh at nub some more on vent
8) repeat
9) repeat
10) repeat
11) petition said nub for dropping f-bombs on you in local
12) repeat
13) pawn said nubs whole corp after they are mad enough to wardec
14) find a new nub and go back to step 1
Jolly good fun , and a nice break from game politics while chillin out in empire
