I have an issue with reloading of missiles,They will be flashing and say's reloading but they are not . I can wait for 30 seconds and I still have to individually reload each missile launcher manually sometimes twice to get them to actually reload.I have cleared cache and still problem persists. This can be very dangerous especially when doing lvl 4 missions and need to take out some rats to hold tank.everything is set to auto load and auto fire.
this is very frustrating.
Any ideas?

Common problem that launchers won't reload while heavy lag. You have to stick to do it one by one.
Solution will come when they fix systems like Motsu/Saila ...

true... it happened to me only in empire space when was doing missions (Oichiya and neighborhood)...

I also experience this when missioning in systems like motsu and its neighboring lag-infested areas. A relog fixes it when it gets too bad (more than one or two launchers or additional sync problems, whatever makes it worth the effort). It will come back after a while but at least its a small help until CCP fixes the load issues in these popular mission areas.

I know what ya mean. Sometimes i have the same problem.
Two possible workarounds:
*) Warp to a gate, go thru, (missile reload gets canceled by gate jump: 'reload all' works again) go back thru, and continue with what you were doing.
Docking and undocking works the same way.
*) Unload missile launcher to cargo bay and then reload; also a manual action.
Its annoying... I usually have to leave the mission area for it... Don't know how it happens or how to reproduce...

Happens to me too. There's a lot of this in Eve, the whole game has a rickety feeling to it. I just warped into the last gate room in a big mission, all ships were at the vanishing point and all the ranges were screwed up. Had to start at the beginning.
Some serious issues.

You can correct the problem without logging off and back in by just making a jump to another system or go into a station. It's still a pain the axx
