I just made a large purchase of zydrine using the market screen . I used the corp wallet (the first time I've used it to purchase anything) to make the purchase, and so far I have not received any zydrine. The transactions screen shows the money is being held in escrow.
Do I now sit back and wait? or do I need to take any additional steps to pick up my purchase?
(The zydrine hasn't shown up in the assets screen and the transactions section only shows the amount leaving the wallet. It does not show anyone having received it yet.)

I don't run a corp, nor have I ever used the corp interface, but I believe that when purchasing things via the corp wallet, the items do go into a kind of escrow. They are available by clicking the "deliveries" button in a station. I think. Like I say, I haven't used it myself.

I will check it out. I guess my next question would be, is there a way to see what deliveries are pending? I think I remember what system I bought the zydrine from but not the station. Will I have to just go to each one and click on deliveries? Is there somewhere else to track these?
If this is a bug then you can jump in at any time CPP.

When you go to your corp browser under accounts there is a tab for deliveries. You then go to that hangar and click the deliveries tab in the lower right corner. The zydine will be there for you to pick up. Now I have a question, I have my tax set and I am not recieving any tax from member sales, how do I make this work?

You don't. 
Tax will only be taken from pilots completing a mission with a reward of 35k or greater (I think it's 35, and does not apply to Time Bonus... just the completion reward) or pilots killing NPC rats with a bounty of 35k (?) or greater.

Yes, check the corporations tab and the "accounts". The Deliveries will tell you what you have waiting and where. All purchases made with the corp wallet will end up going to the "deliveries" tab. Make sure, if you have someone go pick it up, that they have the roles to do it.
Tax does not apply to member sales. Taxes only apply to bounties and mission rewards in excess of 35K ISK. The tax also does not apply to mission bonuses
