I'm not quite sure what you mean, but go to the settings on the skill tree, the small cog top left next to where it says filter and see whats checked.
I have only show my current skills checked.

Yup, that was the thing (heh, just came back to the game after a bunch of time, so thanks :P) but it's still not working properly. When trying to scroll up or down, no matter if it's with the mouse or moving the bar thingie, the content inside wont change, as is also shown in the video.

It could be Steam, I hate it. (had to just get it for NMS)

Nevermind, seems like that didn't fix it neither. I mean, I can see the skills I couldnt see before but as soon as it bugs out I cant see any skills. I really dont get it and it's preventing me from researching anything :/
EDIT: Plus I can't even open the queue itself.. |

Have you tried verifying your game cache?
In the launcher click on the E and go to shared cache
There should be a button to verify your files there. |

Apparently some people have had the same problem but it got fixed after downtime, so I'll wait and see. I did google it before asking but I guess I didnt do it properly, so sorry for the "repost". |

It's fixed now, apparently the 200k points I had unallocated were causing all that mess. Weird, but that's how it seems to be. |
