Well I'm looking into getting my alt into either a Nighthawk or a Cerberus for L4 missions. Was looking at this setup in QF, tell me what you think:
Cerberus
Heavy Missile Launcher II [40xScourge Heavy Missile] Heavy Missile Launcher II [40xScourge Heavy Missile] Heavy Missile Launcher II [40xScourge Heavy Missile] Heavy Missile Launcher II [40xScourge Heavy Missile] Heavy Missile Launcher II [40xScourge Heavy Missile] Empty Slot
Pithum A-Type Medium Shield Booster Dread Guristas Shield Boost Amplifier Heat Dissipation Field II Ballistic Deflection Field II Cap Recharger II
Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Power Diagnostic System II
Rigs : Capacitor Control Circuit I \ Capacitor Control Circuit I \
2630 shield, 7.67/s, E/T/K/Ex=0/90/86/59 1495 armor, E/T/K/Ex=59/86/62/10 1394.531186670065 cap, +25.71/s, -22.0/s 222.0 m/s 129.8 DPS
You need a 3% launcher CPU need reduction implant for it to fit, and with a 3% ROF implant I get 4.86 seconds rof, which is pretty sexy , if someone were to run the numbers on the shield per second with a LG crystal set I would be much obliged. With a 5% missle velocity implant and HAC 4/bombardment/projection 4 it gives me roughly 173km range on the missles. ------------------------

For L4s : Nighthawk ~= Eos > Drake ~= Myrmidon > Cerberus ~= Ishtar _ MySkills | Module/Rig stacknerfing explained |

You really don't want a Cerberus for L4s, unless you *really* insist on using it for fun through risk and lack of effectiveness.
Usefulness scale : Nighthawk > Eos > Drake ~= Myrmidon > Ishtar > Cerberus
That's a bit harsh, my Cerb can do all the missions my Raven can with 1 or 2 exceptions, and it's sig radius is an unbelieveably effective asset to it's tank. It's a hell of alot more fun too. ---

Sure, but a Drake/Myrm can too, and they can do it faster as your Cerb. Plus, they're cheaper. _ MySkills | Module/Rig stacknerfing explained |

I wouldnt use cerberus for lvl4, cause many lvl u would have to fight sanshas and other em damage dealing ships. Also, this ship has got very small shield buffer if u lag out or something goes wrong.
So Cerb is only good for guristas missions
Best for lvl for is raven with gisti tank or a nighthawk.

Having run lev 4's in both a cerb and a nighthawk, I have to say that I like the nighthawk far better. I miss the range of the cerberus, but the precision bonus on the nighthawk DESTROYS frigates, including the nasty scrambling ones. Both of these are slower than a Raven for popping BSs, but the same on BCs and much quicker on everything else.
The other huge advantage of the nighthawk is that I can run the missions in a t2 outfit on a passive tank. It's much, much cheaper than my faction cerb and tanks just as well. DPS is equal or better.
