I am having same problem..and so do my RL friend trying to reactivate our Trail acc.
We have both send ind a Petitions...no answer
I understand that problem can occur...
But at least there should be some Information on the Forum that they have a problem and are working on it...
As of now ..this Game feels like SWG....No Info bugs and again NO info
And for every our/day that goes by whit no Info on forum or Petition my interest in this game vanish

Indeed - I just completed my registration and account activation. Some kind of feedback would have been appreciated nonetheless...

wtf. cannot pay my account also. have another 3 accs ending soon. my bank tolds that there are errors in CCV code in credit card transactions. send petition also.

Well I still cannot do anything in my account page but apparently a credit card payment made it through although I had no idea lol. GM Gusto is looking into it so Im thankfull for that =P This problem for me is only happening on this account all my others are fine so I have no idea whats going on

Um.. should I feel privileged? I got a reply from a GM, regarding a petition I sent. I was attempting to apply for a trial account in this instance, but I was still getting the same error message as everyone else. I ended up having to go to a relatives' house oto set up my trial account. I detailed the problem properly, and I got a reply saying:
Hi,
Please, accept our apologies for the delay in replying to your petition.
Did you still have a problem with our trial page ?
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

I've just sent off another petition, so maybe I might get a response this time aswell. If I get a working answer, I'll place it on here for all to see. =)

I've been trying to create an account for the past two weeks and it still won't let me. Same error as everybody else, unable to pay for a new account or even create a new trial account, tried with both Firefox and InternetExploder.
This all makes panda sad :(
