Is Yulai pronounced "Yule-eye" or "Yule-ay"?

I would pronounce "Yulai" and "Yulae" like 'yule-eye.'
For 'yule-ay' you would want "Yulei" or "Yulay."
I imagine for a real answer you would have to ask the people who live there, since by rights their pronunciation is always the most valid.

Since Yulai is Concord space, I think You-Lie is more appropriate. :)
