I thought about adding Zap, but the last time I met him he was an a**hole, so I left him out. At the same time, the nominations list was completely open - all you had to do was name someone, and Kehmor would add them to the list...

I'll just comment on the ones I have heard of, you can assume me saying 'no idea' to all the others.
1) Wren - U'K. Supposedly one of the better minds in there.
2) Verone - Pirate.
3) Revan Nefaris - Mad. And atleast partially responsible of a personal tragedy to one of my friends.
6) Adrielle Firewalker - I'm told she used to be a separatist, but that was before I knew her. Fun to talk to.
9) Maggot - U'K leader. Seems to be responsible for a lot of stupidity.
10) Seleene - MC. Fights well (atleast people say she does).
11) Elsebeth Rhinannon - Rhiannon. My wife. The best looking hauler in the galaxy. Can say everything atleast twice as well as I can.
12) Camar - Fimbulwinter guy. Has done a lot of stuff I do not approve.
13) Horatio Cain - I think I've raced against him once or twice. Not sure though.
19) Jade Constantine - Anarchist.
21) Archbishop - Amarr. Death would be too gentle for him.

23) Rodj Blake - Amarr. PIE. Considering his opinions are total bull****, can express them pretty well. Intelligent enemy.
24) Ginger Magician - Pirate. The saddest case I have ever seen. They do have effective camps, though.

28) Tyraxx Thork - Wasn't it her Imperial Apoc that was destroyed? I had a few beers to celebrate that.
30) Xirtam - I have no personal experience, but from what I hear he is heading the return of the son of CA.
31) Khaldorn Murinio - Murino. U'K. Has trouble with comprehension and logic.
36) Pulgor - Traitor. Killing him would be a pleasure, although it would be way too nice of me.
38) Al Haquis - Misguided guy who has a bad tendency to flirt with my wife. Else tells me he is just in bad company, but somehow I find that hard to believe.
I think that's all. Seems I don't know so many people and most of the ones I do know I disagree with. Oh well.

Sorry to be digging this one up. I've been planetside a couple of months, but I thought I should mention some of the few names on that list I do know.
1) Wren - Chirpy chirp chirp! One of, if not *the* key organiser of the Khumaak protest a few years back. Probably responsible for catalysing what I did thereafter.
2) Verone - Pirate now gone merc I think. Not really had the pleasure of talking with him often. Nice enough chap though I'm sure.
5) Golan Trevize - Golan! Never a more amusing nemesis to be had than his royal campness. Good for a laugh, even if he is a backwards-thinking Amarr
6) Adrielle Firewalker - Contrary to rumour, never have been married. Talkative Terrorist
9) Maggot - Person I chose to lead Ushra'Khan after I left. Since then, I hear more slavers are dead, but not as many diplomatic relations get sorted . Lovely guy though, worthy of the role and then some.
10) Seleene - Merc. Even I know that, and I live in a hut!
11) Elsebeth Rhinannon - Old political 'enemy', now someone I consider a good friend. Funny how things come about.
12) Camar - One of my old directors. Has carried on being crazy; I swear I didn't do that to him, but I might be responsible for giving him the motivations to do so .
13) Horatio Cain - Hops around a lot, currently (as of writing) residing in Omerta. Nice fella.
14) Eris Discordia - Pink!
16) Kehmor - Made this thing. Lots of people seem to dislike him, but I don't really know him all that well, so I couldn't comment.
17) Viceroy - Aggro
18) Digitalcommunist - Knows lots of stuff. Never really met him though.
19) Jade Constantine - Wasn't that one of Kaleigh's wives? . Says 1000 words when really all we wanted was a picture, dammit. I think she owns a club I can't pronounce the name of. Talked to her a bit, took me a while to remove the fluff and work out what was actually being said. Kudos for using long words.
21) Archbishop - Archy. One of the more talkative slavers.
22) Hardin - Hardin is great to wind up. If I'm a talkative terrorist, then he is certainly one fo the more talkative slavers. In many ways my direct opposite.
23) Rodj Blake - Never really talked to this guy, rabbles about the lack of an emperor quite a lot.
24) Ginger Magician - Ah Ginger. Helped him get his Miner II BPO way back, basically because he couldn't do it on his own. Has the largest disproportion of size of ego to size of mouth I've ever seen.
25) Babs Johnson - Friend of Kaleigh's, or was. I don't try to keep up with a Gallente's relationships, they move entirely too fast. Seemed nice enough. At the time had a fair amount of power, and exuded it.
26) Yuki Li - Mood swings
27) Nooey - Shem's old boss... And they had a fight over something or other, I don't remember.
28) Tyraxx Thork - Hi Tyraxx
29) SirMolle - Ahh, while Ginger may have the largest disproportion of ego to mouth size, this fella has both perfectly aligned. Doesn't say anything much, or often, but when he does, it seems to be well known, even in my part of space.
30) Xirtam - Old leader of the old Curse Alliance.
31) Khaldorn Murinio - Used to hit on me entirely too much, but was a gent about it, and that can only be a good thing.
35) Discorporation - Good for derailing and generally trolling on the IGS
36) Pulgor - Quintessential Ammatar
37) Stavros - Old timer pirate that seemingly lost his edge.
38) Al Haquis -  Is missed. A lot.
40) Ly'sol - I *think* I made this guy a corporate logo a while back, along with 'Phoxy. Could be getting confused though.
42) Tatsue Nuko - Tats has always been pleasant to talk to.
43) Dark Shikari - Must be wired in to this place somehow. Responds at the speed of thought seemingly.
48) Russo - Funny sometimes, but also strangely demented and clearly insane.
50) Mebrithiel Ju'wien - Meb has always been pleasant to talk to.
