Note the two fish like ships firing at something that looks like a Caldari station.
Some people suspected its some kind of Sansha.
I think I finally figured out what that ship is.
There are the initials "GFPD" on the ship. I can only assume this means "Gallente Federation Police Department".
I would assume these ships are supposedly Gallente police frigates or cruisers that originally planned to be in the game as NPCs but for some reason were not installed in the game. Maybe as Tech 2 ships later?

I allways thougt theys ships where gallente but I thougt to that they are the crapy friget class (condor for Caldari :P)

No. The Sansha has a snail like body, all rounded on top, flat underneath.
The GFPD ship has a Vexor like jaw. You also cannot miss the labels "GFPD" on this ship.

look at ganjas screen shots, its the gal police vessel, its the gallente police frigate, no questions.
