But personally, if it was my own computer, I'd skimp out on the expensive 'gaming memory' and get a Creative X-Fi card, and get a bigger hard drive (250gb for a main isn't that much). And upgrade to a Plexor cd-drive also. Get a Seagate Barracuda ES HDD if you can.

PSU
You are gonna need a bigger PSU around 500-600 Watt 30A-34A will suit you fine. You can proberly save alot of money on the memory going for a different brand such as G.skill, OCZ or patriot which provide just as much quality but save the price.
I haven't seen the case but Id recommend a Thermalake armor, or antec 9000 or a coolmaster CAC-5 all different price ranges but all quality build cases.
Not to much experience with motherboard so can't recommend anything to useful sorry. aside from that looks solid and should provide you with years of enjoyment.
If you have the money pickup a copy of Vista, and think about it this way, you'll have to upgrade at some point for DX 10 why delay the enverble (I can't spell :|)
PS any plans for OC'ing?

Edited by: Brolly on 16/03/2007 20:13:46 That's pretty pricey for what you're getting.
/me goes to compare prices
hmm, price is actually okay when including vista. Still quite surprising though.

For a video card, I'd go with 8800 GTX. That's me, however.

When the pc starts developing faults and you send it back tell them to put in a bigger PSU!
Unless Im wrong in assuming there gonna stick some generic POS PSU in free with the case and all manner of problems will develop they shouldn't damage your other components but I doubt it'll work
