What offers are the Brynn Jerdola and Tuvan Orth tags used for? I need to know so I can set the price accordingly.

Yes, but for what? I got a decent price for Cormack's because it's for a Navy Mega, for example.

Ive had Tuvan's tag come up in a recent offer; with about 150k lp and around 200 elite ai drones.
Offer was for 2 top-of-the-range guns or similar.

brynns kicks in around 200k LP so probably 100m
setele is the higher end of rarity so maybe 400m for a BS offer

Odd that Tuvan's tag is for a lower end offer, if he's rarer...
Also, I don't know if I trust an alt with that kind of name >.>

*ammendment to my above post*
The offer involving Tuvan's tag was for 2 units of Eifyr 'gunslinger' CX-2's, with a couple of other Serp's tags.
Ive not seen Tuvan's tag come up again upto 600 k lp's offers(

Tuvan Orth's tag came up in an agent offer for a Navy Vexor. Tuvan tag + a list of other Serpentis tags and LP..
