In the next 3 weeks if I cant manage to raise enough isk for my current interested party (I hope I can but not sure), I will be looking for a pure Amarr or Gallente character with the following skills:
-All T1 Learning skills at IV or V, all T2 learning skills at IV, Charisma does not have to be done, and +3 or +4 implants are a plus
-Hull Upgrades V
-Mechanic V
-Energy Management V (preferred, have trained on current character and love it)
-Energy Systems Operation V
-Engineering V
-Eletronics V
-Racial Battleship IV, V is a bonus but not required
-If Amarr, T2 Large Pulse or Beam lasers
-If Gallente, T2 Large Blasters
Of course the ability to use T2 medium and small of the above racial weapons comes with the training of T2 large.
Drone skills are a plus as well, got to love your little friends!
If your interested I am only looking for characters with the above skills, no less, and not much more. Please, little wasted skillage here, lets keep the target range anywhere from 12 million SP to 16 million SP.
Lets see some offers and inEve links. 
Am looking to pay anywhere from 2 billion to around 2.6/2.8 billion; and as mentioned, in about 3 weeks, so start showing me your stuff!

First days bump (yes it shows I originally posted on this day mods, however, it was last night in my time when I posted, its now in the morning here. New day, new start, still looking for a good character!  )
