can anyone comfirm for me whether these rigs suffer from a stacking penalty as a result of fitting more than one of them.

No I don't think they are, just the rep amount rigs.

the first nano pump has its full 1.15 rep ammount, the second is 1.13 and the third is 1.09, can't give you the numbers for the T2 nano pumps.

And do they stack with gallente ships rep bonuses (like Eos)?
So 1.375 for eos, 1.13 for 1st rig, 1.09 for 2nd?

Half the people in this thread are discussing hp increase and half are discussing rep ammount.
Hp increase isn't stacking nerfed.

Nope. Only thing that is/will be stacking penalized as of this next patch will be nano pump rigs. Not the Trimark armor rigs, they will be 15% the first module, 15% the second and amazingly 15% the third.
