..removing all belts in 0.5+ and forcing miner operations & mining into 0.4- systems.. since CCP ruined none 0.0 gatecamps & belt hunting these days is difficult because no-one goes in 0.4- to hunt belts since they all consider it too risky.

i think removing all belts in higs sec is nuts. and i am a pirate.
But a better idea is to make low sec more appealing, perhaps 1mill isk rats in the odd belt or some belts randomly spawning a few bistot or arknor roids.
Then we would get some miners and ratters willing to take the risk, right now why would anyone want to rat in a low sec system in a 100mill isk bs when any 5-7mill cruiser can do it just fine? i have found the odd person in a bs in low sec ratting hell a dread got pwned doing that the other day. but its real rare.
risk vs reward is the key to sorting the sparse population of low sec.

Agreed, there is virtually no point that I can see in going to 0.1 - 0.4
Rats are crap, ore is crap, risk is great.

I can't think of one reason to go in 0.4-0.1 other than engaging a corp that hides there

awww poor pirates nope not very much reward considering being a pirate is very common in low sec might want to start to shoot eachother more ..

0.0 is for the hard as nails players, .5+ is for the carebears, and .1 through .4 is for the metrosexual pirates. Nobody likes the metrosexual pirates, so nobody goes there.
