As an alliance we are industrialist-heavy and focused more on getting more people involved in EVE in general and living in wormhole space in particular, and thus heavily recruit inexperienced players to help them get up to speed. New players means lots of training and lots of mistakes; this is not a forgiving game.
Keeping a good killboard simply because you decline to accept new players is a perfectly fine line for a corporation to hold, but don't expect everybody to be impressed then by the fact you have a good killboard. |

I'm an individual with an alt or two, several years experience. Have flown in & through wormholes quite a bit but never taken the plunge to live in one. Most interested in how active your alliance is in the late-late USTZ (9-10pm central). That's usually a pretty quiet time in the cluster, but it's my time. No fun if there's nobody to play with! |

We're about 50-50 NATZ and EU, with some presence in the AU/NZTZs as well. We generally have a consistent handful of people active pretty much around the clock. |
