I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a Amarr NPC station in Nullsec or atleast Amarr captains quaters style in nullsec.

NPC null-sec is owned by non-empire factions. Mostly pirate groups, though there are some less sinister forces such as ORE out there.
As for an Amarrian-theme...I'm not sure...maybe the sanshas? I don't live there

NPC Fountain, YZ-L0L or something similar, not exactly sure of system designation, but has an Amarr station.

Likely lore has to do with this, somewhere.

All NPC and player owned stations will be one of the four empires in style and have different bonuses / features depending on which one. My fave is the Minmatar Industrial one, the square blocky looking chunk with the tiny little strip club. Good for refining i'm told.

Sisters of Eve NPC station in ROIR-Y (in the north) is good. Anyone can dock there, I suppose. |

The SOE station in ROIR-Y is Minmatar, the Food Relief station is Gallente.
OP wants an Amarrican style station for the Captain's Quarters ambience i guess.
