Ive done several missions now transporting homeless people. Several of them refuse to leave my hangar after completing the mission. How do I get rid of these? What will happen if I trash them? Aside from my conscience acting up...

Place the homeless people on the market if that is possible. I can guarantee that there are going to be people who will want to buy them. They are an incredibly important part of a particular process. "A shadowy ichor is beginning to extend its tendrils into society." |

What process?! It tears me apart not knowing, and I've scrapped a few dozens of them to date...
Well, actually, one time I scrapped half of them and jettisoned the others into dead space. Just making an example to keep more of them from invading my hangars...

Inofficial info: I heard that one of the research agent missions will require homeless. Something like: Half of our research team is dead, we need more people... Or we need some human speciments to do research on...
Keep them, can't hurt. ______

Check your other hangars. I had that happen twice - then later found them in another system half a dozen jumps away! Must have hitch-hiked!

They are required for certain R&D project missions. Ergo, people who don't have any will pay *insane* amounts of money in order to get some.

You'd better hope your agent never gives you Livestock as a reward, then. I don't see her being very pleased when you take them to a reprocessing plant and turn them into dairy products.

Edited by: Steelrat diGriz on 21/12/2003 12:35:52 Thank you Lucre, found them. And yes they had teleported.
It really took some scrolling finding them. Im a hamster stockpiling items, some of which have turned out to be useful later. Most which is crap, specially after the patch.

Beware, the homeless people mission on TQ still puts them on the wrong hangar floor. Been dealt with, will arrive on TQ soon (tm).
