Dear MD,
Toobo is excited to offer her first public bond. :D
1.The bond amount is 120 billion ISK in total
2.Minimum investment is 1 billion ISK
3.My collateral is evaluated by Chribba, and I have already contracted all the collateral assets to him.
4.The value of the bond follows ChribbaGÇÖs independent evaluation of my collateralGÇÖs worth, with enough headroom to ensure that all the investors will be covered in full WITH interests on top, up to the month of the GÇÿdefaultGÇÖ
5.The interest rate is 2% monthly, and the duration of the bond is for 3 months (ending on December 31st, and the interest being paid on January 1st, 2017, latest)
6.Interest for each month will be paid in the 1st day of the following month (e.g. October interest will be paid on November 1st
7.If I foresee that I may have RL issues which may make it difficult for me to make the interest payment on the specified date, (e.g. I have a business trip scheduled and may not be able to log in to the client during travels), I can decide to pay the interest GÇÿearlyGÇÖ (as in 2~3 days earlier, etc) than the specified date, but the interest payment amount shall not be effected, and I shall not pay the interest 'later' than the specified date.
8.I reserve the right to end the bond early, by paying back the investors in full plus interests up to that month GÇô the early payment date will not be relevant, I shall pay the full monthGÇÖs interest for that month. E.g., if I end the bond in November 3rd, you still get the full monthGÇÖs interest for November. So even if the bond ends in less than a month, you shall be guaranteed one full month's interest in any case.
9.My idea is to have the bond start on October 1st for easier calculations of interests. Even if the bond is filled before October 1st, I will ask Chribba not to release the fund to me before October 1st. This is so that we can avoid troublesome calculations for SeptemberGÇÖs interest, as thereGÇÖs only 3 days left now.
10.You apply for the bond by posting here, stating the amount. I would really appreciate investing through posting in this thread rather than private eve-mail, for the maximum transparency.
11.When the 120b amount is filled in full, you send your investment ISK amount to Chribba upon official announcement that the bond has been filled in full and you can start sending ISK.
12.Once Chribba confirms the total amount and all the investors have sent the ISK to him, he will release the 120 billion ISK to me.
The bond will open officially with a confirming post of Chribba on this thread, but feel free to say GÇ£pledge 20bGÇ¥ (under condition that Chribba comes here to confirms it).

I have more I can put down as collateral to increase the bond size, but as this is my first one and Chribba has already done his hard work to evaluate everything I don't want to change any structure at this moment.
I will make sure that this one pays out in time without a fail, and everyone will be happy. Then we can think some other stuff. :)

I will be sending ISK a few hours from now due to real life constraints. This is my first bond, does the ISK transfer to Chribba or to the bond holder? Do I need to include any specific information with the transfer?

The ISK goes to Chribba. You do not need to say anything in the reasons, you can, but it's not mandatory.
Chribba has list of all the investors officially confirmed here on this thread, so he can check who pledged how much and sent how much. He can check for himself here on this thread, and I also sent him an eve mail with the exact list I posted here.

Absolutely no chance of default. I am considering ending the bond early by paying back in full + interest for October to 'prove a point' and make feel investors feel confident/secure, if anybody has any reason to be concerned at all, although that would net the investors less interest payment in net than it would have if the bond lasted full three months as was originally intended.
If any investors have any thoughts on this do let me know. I am ready to end the bond early within October, probably before October 22 as I'm scheduled for RL work trip after that.
If there are any concerns from the investors, and as I promised, whether I end it tomorrow or next week, you will get full month's interest for October.
And Zanar and Voetius, that's cute you worry about me defaulting on 120b bond. I appreciate your sweetness.

As far as I'm concerned, Chribba has the collateral so I am wanting to keep my isk invested for the full term. I too would be willing to put more isk in if others decide to bail early. |

Thank you. I'm glad I have done full collateral according to Chribba's evaluation and him holding the collateral could assure the investors. Despite a little loss from IWI, it is business as usual for me in game, and if others feel the same (I also got some more feedback from investors in game), we shall continue as it has been agreed originally.
I still keep the option open for anyone to pull out early (as there can be many reasons to do so, someone suddenly needs the ISK, etc), but I shall endeavour to continue the bond so the original investors can enjoy the full amount of net interests over the agreed time frame of three months.

If anyone wants to confirm the receipt of the interest, feel free to do so too. :)
The bond ends next month, where on January 1st 2017 I shall pay back the interest & the original principle of 120b in full.
However, I foresee Jan 1st may be a bit difficult day to log on to EVE and sort things out, and Chribba may have life outside of EVE ( ) and cannot handle the collateral return stuff on Jan 1st. I will talk with Chribba and send a group email to all investors to see how to best handle this. Earlier pay back (like a few days earlier) is a possibility but that also conflicts with Christmas holidays and I think I may be on a trip abroad during that time. :p Personally I think a short extension of a few days to a week would be ok, but let's see what works out to be the best and also acceptable to the investors.

I have updated the OP to officially announce the extension of the bond for an extra month, as discussed with investors via eve mails, where investors who stay till Feb 01 will be rewarded for an extra month's worth of interest, while I leave options open for any individuals to cash out earlier.

Due to some technical issues verifying the old contract records, there was some delays.
