For those who have no local list showing up, and other chat window bugs, try this:
Click "My Account"
Login
Click "Enable EvE Voice"
Click "Enable"
Reload EvE
This worked for me, although I'm not entirely clear if they just fixed something and relogging worked. Need some volunteers to try this.

That did work. Everything shows as it should now.

another way, if u dont want evevoice is to delete your \eve\cache folder and restart eve.

Mine fixed just now except for showing chat of windows which i didn't have open when people talked in them without installing the eve voice, and local shows too.

I tried relogging and deleting the cache/Machonet folder. Didn't help.

Deleting cache didn't work and the strong arm tactic of trying to get more money out of me isn't going to work either... I'll just wait for it to be fixed and play another day.

Didn't work for me. I have no user listing for any channel, and only Alliance channel shows any talking.

And I remember a dev stating voice chat will have no influence at all on other parts of EVE. I should make a bid than. Maybe I would have now a Sabre BPO or something.

When I clicked on the 'Member List' icon in the local window (last icon on top), the list was turned on again.... Works with other chat windows for me too.....
I haven't signed up for voice either...

guess alot of people will be paying for eve voice so they can actually spam local by name instead of just mindless gobble gobble, o wait local is always mindles gobble gobble :D

Looks like maybe the whole thing is broke. I sold a contract but the system didn't credit me with the deposit. I had a market buy order in and it released the escrow (and cancelled the order) on its own initiative.

I can confirm that this worked for everyone who has tried it.
