I never did alot of agent mission's be4 and i have little XP of doing agent mission's.
Can someone please tell me how to go work for other race agents then your own.
i'm Amarrian myself and i whanna work for a Minmatar agent, How do i find such agents?

Since the Amarrians and Minmatar have been enemies for many centuries, and were at war not that long ago, I think your chances there are best described in terms of snowballs and very hot places.
In general, if you have an Empire standing of 0.00 or better with any given empire, just go and talk to a crappy level 1 agent, and they should allow you to work for them. If you've been doing anything for Amarr, though, the Minmatars probably don't like you at all.

Depends who you were killing - an Amarr can have a high mini standing if he killed a lot of the right pirates (probably angels).
For example, my main is minmatar. Her highest empirestanding is with the amarr empire, though, because I farmed sashas for ages.
As for the how to find the agents - just take a minmatar corp, check their info->agents and you will see which agents of this corp are available to you. Then just travel to their location and speak with them.
Be aware, though, that your standing with the amarr empire will fall when you make mini missions.

FYI, if your intention is to run R&D agents, I would strongly suggest for various reasons to run an agent of the same race as your character. Some research types have a 2x or 3x race bonus. (Such as all of the starship engineering skills have a 3x bonus if you're of the given race you're researching, i.e. Gallente researching Gallente ships will get 3x the RP/day of an Amarr researching Gallente ships)

Are you sure this is true? I have seen a Minmatar get a x2 bonus for researching laser physics with an Amarr corporation.

It's not a racial bonus, it's based on the skill you research. Weapon skills like Laser Physics give 2x the normal research points, and starship design skills give 3x normal. It's because the list of BPs you can get are more limited with those skills...
For example, Rocket Science might apply to ships, overdrives, MWDs, ABs, etc... so you could get ANY of that from a Rocket Science project. A Gallente Starship project, on the other hand, will give ONLY Gallente starship BPs.
EDIT: As to the original question, if you have positive standing with Minmatar (even +0.01) the Connections skill will let you access better agents so it's worth training at least to L3 or so. If your faction is negative with them, you can still work for very low quality L1 agents as long as you aren't under -1.0. If you ARE under -1.0... either kill pirates in Minmatar space or wait until the faction rises with time. Or pay a lot for the Diplomacy skill, which is apparently drop or agent reward only...
