Bit About Myself
I go by 2 known character in game and 2 that have been specifically bought/made with this idea although getting the money together myself is rather hard as is with everything that makes money it takes money to get it.
Roule is my main char that i spend the majority of my time on.
Agif will be in this corporation for one reason and that would be to run missions in khanid space to earn me iskies and to enable the corp to get enough standings to Erect a high sec POS for future endeavors.
Rles who will be building the freighters and flying the minerals around in his Obelisk
Tha mast3r can research like a pro(new bloods for the win)
I have been doing the maths for quite some time and can see a great opportunity in freighter construction to make money so that i never to npc again in this game and it will make me more money from the share i will get than the Cruiser and Battle cruisers i was selling on the market before with less time needed on the project.
My Business plan
Total Shares 10,000
Shares on Sale 8333 (1664 for the 2bill i have invested)
Cost Of Shares 1,200,000 isk/each
Total Capitol Raised 9,999,600,000 isk
Will be used to acquire:-
1x Capital Armour Plate BPO :- 1,162,089,000 (Amarr Region)
1x Capital Cargo Bay BPO :- 750,000,000 (Amarr Space)
2x Capital Construction Parts BPO :- 940,944,600 (Gallente Space)
1x Capital Propulsion Engine BPO :- 1,100,000,000 (minmatar Region)
1x Providence Freighter BPO :- 1,710,000,000 (Amarr Space)
1x Obelisk Freighter BPO :-1,750,000,000 (Gallente Space)
Capital Required :- 8,292,000,000isk
Rest shall be going into minerals to start production of the capital parts as soon as the BPOs are researched
Corps Current Assets
1x Small Amarr Control Tower( Anchored With Armourments Plus 2 Mobile Labs and 2 months worth of fuel) Value 360,000,000
1x Capital Cargo Bay BPO researched to ME 10 PE 10 Value 800,000,000
1x Obelisk Freighter 1,000,000,000
This Corporation is Mine And only my 4 characters have directorate access to the corp and the wallet, and it shall stay this way
The Plan
It Will Take approx 4 weeks To have all the BPOS researched
Capital Parts Bpo's will take 20 days to get to ME 10 and PE 10
The 2 freighter BPOS will take 33 days to get to ME 1 (Saving 33m of each freighter construction costs)
In this time all the minerals will be stockpiled and the capital Parts BPOS will be put Strait into production as soon as they are out and ready so the
Moment the freighters come out then the parts shall be ready to put the freighters into production.
From scratch it will take just under 8 days to build the capital parts for 2 freighters and it shall take just under 12 days to then build the freighters.
Dividends
A minimum of 60% of all profits shall be paid out through dividends and a maximum of 25% will be paid out in wages to me with and 15% to the corp for growth with the first dividend payment going out on the 1st of may and the Dividends been paid out on the 1st of every month after that. Due to the nature of the business and the large profits that this can bring i will guarantee a 10% dividend minimum, and should i fail to achieve this through 60% profits to you i shall first cut through my wage and then the corps profit.
Growth
For the corporation to sustain 3 freighters been built every cycle then we would only have to acquire a third freighter BPO and Capital cargo bay BPO, this would take approx 5 dividends to get up and running using the corps 15% and the shares i hold back.

Should I Fail
The corporation would have 9billion worth of research capital ship BPOs a freighter and a few billion worth of minerals and Freighters, so should the need to liquidate the corp arise then you will see a figure very close to 100% been paid back, if not more.
How do i get these shares?
Send money to Agif with a description of Devine Industries IPO payment, when i get online i shall then distribute the corporation shares out while Frapsing every transaction (thus avoiding any mishaps). These shall be available for a fee of 1m isk if you feel you never received your shares.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with 2 freighter BPO's you can build 5 freighters/month at full production in a station. Even if you're counting on a long-lasting profit of 300 mill per freighter (very optimistic), your monthly profit will be 1500 mill. This represents a 12.5 % dividend at full payout.

Taking current buy/sell prices from all the market hubs (not just jita) and having ME10 on all the BPOs a 690m isk to build an obelisk and competing with market prices and alot of retailers out there i predict i shall be able to sell for around the 1.05bill mark.
Thats comes to a profit figure of about 360m isk apiece, and it will take approx 35 days to produce 6 freighters with the 2 lines, so while one month may only yield 4 freighters bringing in about 1400 in profit the next month after would yield 6 bringing in about 2100 million isk profit.
And as stated the share i hold will be staying in the corp wallet till such a time that the corp can buy the 2 extra BPOs that will help me put a third line into production, which after an estimated 5 dividends will be in affect on a lower volume month would see 6 freighters been build with a high volume month seeing 8 freighters been produced

Nope as stated the corp already has a POS, it is located one jump into low-sec that has mobile labs to cut down on research times, if i could move this to high-sec then i could figure on getting me a large set-up with research labs to either run as a project through either buying BPOS to research then sell or opening up a research service(although this is already done) this could either be publicly owned run using dividends and shares through a separate corp or me been selfish and doing this just for my own wallet funded by my own isk.
But that is for the future once my Freighter production and sale is established

What's your contingency plan in case nasty wittle piwates with dreads decide that ransoming your low-sec POS would be fun? How much do you stand to lose if the POS goes BOOM while in full production mode?
There's a rather long list of questions in the "Guide to IPO Creation" in the "Essential Threads" sticky that I wouldn't mind seeing answered, and I'm sure a lot of other people would like to see answered as well.

Nothing is been produced in the low-sec pos its just been used for researching mods and throwing out BPCs from the BC bpos i bought after the release of kali.
And been in the profession that Roule is ,I and many of my corp m8s and acquaintances would love someone to pull up a few dreads in front of it, but its been there a while now and nobodies pulled anything.

Probably could a year ago if id had thought about it then, but pvp over a year and very little ratting kinda makes it dwindle. and although there is alot of money to be made here it also require a vast sum of money to exectute.

No. all ventures ive been in before, i have been able to fund myself.

I doubt this would need to occur, ive been playing this game for two years now and will be playing it for many more years to come and i plan for this corporation to provide Roule with the things in life he needs while giving him as much time as is required to kill things with, thus this corp growing as planned would do that.

I would be more than happy to have somebody in position with an alt to liquidate should anything happen to me, but it couldn't be any old tom,****,or harry it would have to be the ultimate trusted person on here, alternatly i have no problem investors sticking an alt in here with junior accountant role so they can see the corp purchases and wallet.

Same as above i have friends invested in this as well as the honor of 2 characters, this is a money making venture for me that could lead to other money making adventures, im a successful pvp'ers in this game and i would like to become a successful buissness man aswell.

profession like this being - investor?
sometimes, yes.
diversifying CAN help, but it can also just make you lose more if 30-60% of the investments turn out to be scams.
investments with guaranteed minimum returns, or a set return can give you an estimate of what you might be able to make from investing, on a monthly dividend basis.
BUT
do your homework.
try to find out what you can about the person running the corporation. if you want to take a chance on someone unknown, invest an amount that you won't miss IF they turn out to be a scam.
if you find an investment and the people running it are defensive and don't like answering questions, take that at face value - probably not a good investment.
if someone starts going on about how their aunt's cousin's friend's cat died and it's affecting them somehow - sell NOW, before said corporation has announced that it's a scam cuz they just can't go on, or because someone said "they might be a scam".
if you have hesitation about investing, but HAVE to put your money somewhere, just to try... you might want to get some sort of financial advisor.
i've always thought an eve financial advisor would be a great thing. especially if people were motivated to produce better divs for investors, BECAUSE the weekly column by XYZ financial advisors were rating them as dog stocks. but from watching the market for the last year, folks might just as soon go, "oh you said i was a bad stock and i wasn't going to scam; but you hurt my feelings and i put a few long minutes a week into the corp and i'm scamming now cuz you turned my happy face upside down".
as an investor, on your own, without spending your life investigating people and corp histories... probably not much of a profession to be had atm.
as a stock analyzer/advisor... you could either be found on the money... or people would get motivated by your reports and do better, so while it MIGHT make you look bad, you'd be doing the market a huge favor, and people with brains would realize who to thank. |
