Getting about a 25% success rate now using the rarest decryptor, anyone else have findings to tell?

may i ask what you try to invent with what decryptor?
hulk? vagabond?

Well the patch said they were now working as intended, some of them reduce your chances of success for other benefits like increased runs.

You can click on the gallente ones on the left hand side, theres only 1-2 of them that actually increase your chances while others decrease.

Alright whats your skill level at for gallente encryption methods? Are you inventing ships? Did you use a named item to help with the invention? Need more info :P

Yes ships, encryption methods level 5, starship engineering and mechanical engineering level 5, yes i used a t1 ship for every job.

Reguardless of what it is, the fact remains the success chance seems to be about 25% and you can't get better than that, does anyone else have any results?

Every module invention I've done since the patch has failed. Prior to the patch, the same jobs installed had a consistently high success rate. I am not inventing any more until datacores become super dirt cheap.

I'm also hearing some information from some people that they used 1 run ship bpc's with stolen formulas and it resulted in a 4 run T2 ship bpc. Previously this was impossible.
So, does the number of runs on the T1 bpc used effect the number of runs on the output T2 bpc?
