Hey there,
There is a Price check forum, and it helps to look at other characters for sale to see how they posted thier information :) usually with screenshots and clickys..Price usually reflect number of SPs, and how focused or specialized it is :)

Considering where this character is coming from and the history it drags with it i don't think it's worth 0.01 isk.
A reall risc for the future owner.
