Is it possible to solo them with a manticore? Exploration seems worthless now and from what I've heard the sites with NPCs are the ones that are only worth stuff at this point. |

Short answer, no, some will say yes but in my (limited experience), a frigate is a frigate and sleepers hit hard, a one shot kill from a sleeper is not unusual, sleepers hit hard and from a long distance, every time I've goofed around with them in frigates I get put in my pod. |

What ship would be good for soloing them? I've only put skills into frigates and it would be a huge pain in the ass to train something else for little to no return in isk. |

Well, the value of data sites is next to nothing unless you get a very lucky drop. Relic sites are where the money is. In terms of sleeper sites, I'd do some googling and see what people are using to run them.

Any of your covert ops ships would be ideal if your going to go after data and relic sites make sure to go with one that has plenty of mids, I could see a Astero doing it best but it's expensive for many newer players and wouldn't recommend it as losing them is highly possible in a WH.
If I was going to go into a WH for profit, I would go after gas, a venture with an extra warp core stab and you might survive to cash in the gas, but seriously be careful in those WH I've been pod killed many times by the people living there, a cheap venture will be less painful to lose, best way to go this route is to join an existing WH Corp. |

Get astero and go wh space only for relic sites. Dscan your way out.. Less people than low-null and much more profit. Good isk/hour for me at least. |

Would not recommend relying on dscan to find your way out of a wormhole

Go for Pirate faction Relic Sites in Wormhole Space. Even though T2 Covert Ops ships are better it can be done with a regular T1 exploration ship with T1 modules. Unless it have changed in the last month or so it should be a decent payout from them. |

I just got done making 300 million off 2 sites and there was no NPCs in them
but averagely I get 80 million a site that's only off Relic sites and go to 0.0 security as well
there's days where Wormhole space is not a good place to be for finding anything
when it comes to this profession it's all about luck if you have been doing it long enough you should know that by now
and if you take your stealth bomber into a combat site it will be disintegrated before you're even able to Blink
you might be able to do them in c1 but any higher than that you're probably screwed |

Something no one has really mentioned yet -- at data and relic sites in wormhole space, typically the loot and salvage from the rats at the sleeper sites are worth more than the cans, but a large margin. For example, I almost never bother touching the cans in data sites, as the isk/hour ratio is abysmal.
Secondly, there may be some confusion that I want to clear up. In C1-3 wormhole space, you can find non-sleeper data/relic sites, and these will not have rats as normal. However, you can also find sleeper sites that do indeed have rats. You might be able to run C1 sites in a high end frigate (i.e. assault frig), not sure.
