So, I'm on a 14 day Trial and I'm loving the game already (despite the fact that I can't log in right now, Black Screen, probably just a patch thing). In any case, it's a nice break from WoW.
Chances are, I'll keep playing, if not for just a month or so to get a wider view.
The point of this thread is actually more of a compliment really.
I've noticed that everyone here (who has one) has a very distinctly unique signature and design for their alliance/corperation.
For some reason, that strikes me as amazing. I'm not sure I've ever seen a game where people actually took the time to give care to something that might otherwise seem trivial.
Is there a site to be able to create these images, or do we just have a massive amount of people that seems to be very talented in Photoshop CS and the like?
Either way, it's really nice to see people taking a lot of pride in their community.

Seems that way. Assuming I get into the game more, is there any way I can commission somebody to craft me up an interesting little signature? Seeing as I have no skill of my own.
I'd gladly pay an ISK fee. o.0

Or you could teach yourself how to use Photoshop :D. Lots of guides on the internet as is.
But if you're willing to spend isk, head down to the Out of Pod section and check the sticky for banner designers.
Or hold a sig contest if you want. Make the prize money worth it however, since these contests usually go for 20-100mil isk.

Yeah you can. You can get a pretty good to decent signature for about 20 million.

Hi,
You can find some useful information here about getting signatures created and even hosted for you.
A lot players will design a signature for you and you can pay for it with the in game currency (ISK).
As you can see, there are a lot of very talented designers who play on Eve.
